These projects are all New Business and Innovation projects I worked on for G-Able Thailand. They were all agile product development projects using JIRA or Open Project management suites. I had a hand in each from building business requirements and brand, to UX and development within the sprints. I managed and assigned UX work, wrote documentation, art directed, and helped with QA.
The agile methodology is global, but language and culture is not. I did struggle at times to communicate with non-English speaking developers. I know my American efficiency expectations were often seen as unnecessary. I may never know if my insight and methods helped G-Able staff, but I learned valuable lessons about the danger of assumptions and the crucial nature of buy-ins.
