I’m originally from Ireland, and my career has taken me through Marketing, UX and Product Design in the USA and Thailand. Along the way I’ve picked up new languages and a lot of perspective on how people use products.
Today I’m a UX leader with a background in UX, design and enterprise product development. I care about making experiences that feel intuitive and even a little delightful, using modern best practices rather than guesswork.
I’m happiest when I’m growing teams that are efficient and, just as important, happy. I build cultures of trust and psychological safety, because people do their best and boldest work when they feel safe to speak up.
